@flipkartsupport Your apologies are useless- and so is your system and processes as predicted few days back that eventually you will cancel the order and not deliver my product- and now all of the sudden i see the issue description changing- whats going on
@flipkartsupport I think even on x you have an auto generated response - no resolution just - same pre-fed statements everywhere- my god FLipkart is sad
@flipkartsupport Why are you going on and on with same response- literally i can get a 1st class student to act as your CS rep as they are only repeating one line - โnot able to get connected with delivery boy, no number for HI, your case is escalated and wait for 24-48 hoursโ
@flipkartsupport Another day went by and no resolution and same order status- you guys are seriously making this a joke - i am not sure what do i do from here on - really dont want to lose this deal but my money is simply stuck and flipkart does not want to bother solving
@flipkartsupport Thanks - hopefully i will get the shipment but the way it looks right now is that hub is going to again mark the shipment undelivered- and most likely event of this transaction is you will cancel the order - but i am happy to continue to wait as i have been doing since 24th
@flipkartsupport I am continuously getting same response from your cs to wait and wait, they dont give hub number, they dont let me speak to higher authority neither do you call me and inform on the status - it truly feels like flipkart is run by Delivery boys and there is no escalation layer

@_Kalyan_K sir its been more than 10 days that i tried to place an order on flipkart via UPI and for a single order 2 UPI Requests were triggered i.e as soon as one was processing another request came in and even though first one went through the order was not placed so i dont
@amazonIN@amazon its really sad 2 c a giant ecommerce company like urslf is becoming worse day by day wrt customer service & ur policies- 1st its impossible to speak to your customer care 2) your delivery guys give half a ring to prove that they have called cst & dont deliver
@flipkartsupport You can clearly see the 1889 was transferred to flipkart and then immediately after I got another payment link so why would I have paid you twice and then the order did not go through,, clearly is a tech glitch from flipkart
@flipkartsupport No one seems to help I reached your customer support they say the order is not placed, bank says transaction completed and so does gpay..so where has my money gone
