Kacchi Dargah–Bidupur 6-Lane Ganga Bridge is over 99% complete and is likely to open by the end of July, significantly improving connectivity between Patna and North Bihar while reducing congestion on Mahatma Gandhi Setu.

🚨 Bihar plans four 2×700 MW nuclear power projects.

📍 Proposed sites:
• Bhitiya (Banka)
• Shambhuganj (Banka)
• Rajauli (Nawada)

Key highlights:
⚡ 1,400 MW capacity per project
🌾 ~1,000 acres of land required for each project

Banka site is currently the most advanced, with water clearance from the Badua Reservoir and forest clearances already in place.

Bihar to develop 31 modern bus terminals under the PPP model.

870 m Gandak Bridge between Sonepur and Hajipur has been under construction since 2010.

Bihar's Road Construction Minister has finally inspected the project and directed officials to expedite the remaining work.

Bihar Govt. approves Patna Municipal Corporation's ₹200 crore Municipal Bond

Funds will support key urban infrastructure projects, including:
• Organized vending zones
• New Market redevelopment near Patna Junction

Bihar Cabinet approves ₹63.39 crore compensation to recover 266 acres of the closed Motipur Sugar Mill (Muzaffarpur) from Indian Potash Ltd.

Decision clears the way for land to return to the state for future development.
