@ATTBusiness An agent chased me in Sept to add a hot spot line account, saying no 5-6 times &constantly.He put the line on my account anyway. For months i did not see it.I upgraded to a new Apple Watch & I was being charged for both watches,even though you can use only 1 watch.

Customer service does not identify themselves.iphone only lasts 6 months, after not telling me about reduced warranty when selling the phone. Basically they say bad luck. Dont Trust Apple products or support,a global brand 100s of billions Beware
