Replies of their customer care executives who change the details every 5 minutes.
They are scamming and fooling customers
@anuj_soyi@SupportWakefit@WakefitCo My studytable has been delayed by more than 10 days now and they have no clue as to when the delivery will actually happen. Their customer care is extremely poor and they have no communication with logistics whatsoever.
@SupportWakefit@WakefitCo
Your delivery commitments are misleading. My mattress wasn't delivered on the promised date, and now there's another week's delay with no proper explanation. Your representative, Anuj Rajput, has been unable to provide any solution.Very poor experience
Pathetic service of @WakefitCo .
A study table was ordered from them on 5th June 2026.
Expected date of delivery was 23rd June 2026. It is 02nd July today and still no update on delivery.
They also have the power to change the delivery status and availabilities on their own.

Pic ctsy: Indian Army
The Indian Navy is undoubtedly ahead of its time in operational,social, HR, and technological aspects. They regard their CSDs as places where consumers are treated with respect, dignity, and care. Many civilians often complain that products in CSDs are cheap because they don't pay taxes, but that's incorrect. The products in CSDs pay half the taxes of regular products, which, when calculated in money, isn't much. The affordability of CSD products is primarily due to minimal profit margins they charge. It is also important to recognise that choices of products are quite limited, and high-demand products are most likely not unavailable. Overall, the Navy excels in this area.
Cut to scene 2, observe how the army treats their CSD consumers. In Jaipur, when the army commander took over,the first action he took was to close several CSD counters. Despite appeals, he remained firm. The result was chaos,fights, long waits, discontent, and ultimately, people stopped visiting. While the organisations are similiar, their approach varies considerably. The army's problems are less with politicians and bureaucrats and more internal.
