The interaction also reflected a shared commitment to translating strategic convergence into tangible outcomes that contribute to a secure, stable and prosperous Indo-Pacific.

Adm Swaminathan, accompanied by VAdm Buckley, also paid homage at the Australian War Memorial, honouring the memory and sacrifice of those who served.

The exercise commenced with the opening address by RAdm Manoj Jha, Chief Staff Officer (Operations), @IN_HQENC.

Over three days, participating maritime nations collaborated on a '𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣��𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙄𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙊𝙍', focusing on streamlining intelligence sharing and developing joint tactical protocols to counter transnational threats.

Indigenously constructed multi-role stealth frigate #INSUdaygiri arrived at Colombo, #SriLanka, for a three-day operational visit from 08–11 Sep 26.

The ship’s visit coincides with the landmark visit of Hon’ble Defence Minister Shri @rajnathsingh, who also attended a deck reception onboard INS Udaygiri.

The engagements aim to strengthen maritime cooperation through Mobile Training Teams, experience sharing and provision of machinery/ equipment spares to the Sri Lanka Armed Forces, in line with India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy.

Aerospace Safety: Strengthening Tri-Services Synergy ⚓️✈️

Institute of Aerospace Safety (IAS), IAF and INS Dega conducted a Practice Aerospace Safety Inspection, for the first time, at the Indian Navy's premier Air Station on the eastern seaboard. This is the first time that this activity has been jointly executed between the services, involving training of aerospace safety auditors from the Navy, IAF, Army, HAL & IOCL towards fostering a robust safety culture.

While sharing hands-on experience in the conduct of aviation safety audits and inculcation of best practices, the activity marked another milestone in jointness and shared learning between the three services.

Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, #CNS attended the Pipping Ceremony following the #PassingOutParade at #OTA, Chennai. The CNS congratulated the newly commissioned Officers and their proud parents on the momentous occasion.

Officer Cadets donned the much-awaited stars on their shoulders, marking their commissioning and the beginning of their service.

While interacting with the newly commissioned Officers, CNS exhorted them to uphold the highest traditions and ethos of the Armed Forces and strive to be exemplary leaders in the future.

Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, #CNS reviewed the Passing Out Parade, #POP of SSC-122 & SSC (W)-36 at #OTA, #Chennai on 05 September 26. The #POP showcased immaculate drill, smart turnout, high standards of training & exceptional coordination, marking the culmination of a rigorous military training journey.

On this momentous occasion, 342 Officer Cadets, including 29 Women Cadets, were commissioned into the #IndianArmy, stepping forward to serve the nation as leaders of character and competence. In addition, 17 Officer Cadets, including 10 Women Cadets, from Friendly Foreign Countries #FFC successfully completed their training, further strengthening the enduring bonds of camaraderie and #DefenceCooperation.

The #CNS congratulated the passing out Officer Cadets and their proud parents, highlighting the singular honour of serving in the Armed Forces. He exhorted the newly commissioned officers to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courage and commitment in their service to the nation.

VAdm Gurcharan Singh, Chief of Personnel, presided over the inaugural session and reviewed the officer induction trends across various entries in the #IndianNavy.

The initiative under the aegis of ACOP (HRD) reflects the Navy's commitment to continuously improve and refine the officers' selection process with the aim to induct high quality future leaders for the Indian Navy.
