कागजों में कॉलेज, हकीकत में खाली खेत मध्य प्रदेश के 125 फर्जी बीएड कॉलेज का खुलासा
NDTV कि एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक मध्य प्रदेश में कई निजी B-ED और शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कॉलेज सिर्फ कागजों पर अस्तित्व में हैं। भोपाल के मुगलिया कोट में श्रीराम कॉलेज का पता खसरा नंबर 148/149 पर दर्ज है, लेकिन वहां सिर्फ खाली खेत है। पास में बगलामुखी कॉलेज का बोर्ड लगा है।
कुछ कॉलेज छोटे स्कूलों के परिसर या एक कमरे में चल रहे हैं। छात्र नियमित नहीं आते, लाइब्रेरी-लैब जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं भी नहीं हैं, लेकिन पिछले 10 साल से एडमिशन, परीक्षाएं और डिग्रियां जारी हैं।
बरकतउल्ला विश्वविद्यालय (BU) के अधीन 127 निजी बीएड कॉलेज हैं। ऑन-स्पॉट वेरिफिकेशन में 25 कॉलेजों में बड़ी कमियां, 5 में गंभीर गड़बड़ियां, 2 गायब और 3 गलत जगह पर चलते पाए गए।
फिर भी विश्वविद्यालय की कार्यपरिषद ने 24 जून को सिर्फ एक हलफनामा लेकर 125 कॉलेजों को सशर्त संबद्धता दे दी। कॉलेजों से लिखवा लिया गया कि वे सभी मानक पूरा करते हैं, वरना बाद में संबद्धता रद्द हो जाएगी।
मंत्री इंदर सिंह परमार की नोटशीट के आधार पर 82 कॉलेजों की प्रोफाइल एडमिशन पोर्टल पर 'ओके' कर दी गई, जबकि कार्यपरिषद की औपचारिक मंजूरी अभी बाकी थी।
रजिस्ट्रार ने सफाई दी कि ये कॉलेज फिट थे, लेकिन सदस्यों ने आपत्ति जताई कि इससे विश्वविद्यालय की स्वायत्तता प्रभावित हुई। मंत्री ने कहा कि एडमिशन की समय-सीमा थी, इसलिए छात्रों का भविष्य खराब न हो, इसीलिए शपथ-पत्र पर अनुमति दी गई।

Bangladesh has reportedly CANCELLED its 2015 agreement with India and decided to hand over the development of Mongla Port to China.

Bangladesh has signed an agreement with a Chinese state-owned company to develop an economic zone on 110 acres near the strategic Mongla Port—land that was originally allocated to India.
Mongla Port, Bangladesh's second-largest seaport, lies just 188 km from Kolkata, making it strategically important for security in the Bay of Bengal.
The Chinese project will include manufacturing units, warehouses, and logistics facilities, significantly expanding Beijing's economic footprint near India's eastern coast.
The land was originally earmarked for an Indian economic zone in 2015, but the project was delisted in 2025 after delays and deteriorating India-Bangladesh relations.
Bangladesh has also agreed to deepen cooperation with China on the Teesta River project, located close to India's strategically vital Siliguri Corridor (Chicken's Neck).
● The twin developments strengthen China's presence in India's neighbourhood and could reshape the strategic balance in the Bay of Bengal and the wider Indo-Pacific.
