🇻🇪In Venezuela, a woman gave birth in the ruins after the earthquakes—with no electricity, no doctors, and no medical equipment.
Volunteers delivered the baby inside a destroyed building, using only flashlight beams to see.
🇻🇪 Rescuers just pulled a baby alive from the rubble in Venezuela.
Moments like this are what the crews are racing the clock for, with the "golden window" for finding survivors closing fast.

A 17-year-old girl from Maharashtra's Nashik died after collapsing minutes after receiving a routine tetanus-diphtheria (Td) vaccine during an immunisation drive. As a precaution, health authorities have suspended the vaccine batch used, even though five others vaccinated from the same vial reported no adverse effects.
Officials have launched an Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) probe, while post-mortem and forensic examinations are underway to determine the exact cause of death.

#WATCH | Pune | Ketan Agarwal murder case | The deceased's father, Vishal Agarwal, met Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis in Pune today. He says, "I have urged the CM that the accused should at least get the death penalty. The CM assured me that this case will be fast-tracked. I have been told that an SIT has been formed in the case."
"We had cleared to them (Siya Goyal's family) that Ketan used a small patch of wig on his head. Is this a reason to kill someone? As per my information, Siya wanted to go on the trek."

New research from England suggests HPV vaccination may not only prevent cervical cancer but also save lives, strengthening the case for India’s nationwide immunisation drive.
Hydrogen is often called the ‘fuel of the future’, but Cellegant Energy Systems Pvt Ltd is working to make it a practical solution today. Founded at IITGN by Prof Atul Bhargav, and supported by a dedicated team including Dr Inzamam Ahmad, and Dr Chirag Patel, and Mahesh MH, the startup was born from a belief that research should create real-world impact and bridge the expertise and commercialisation gaps that often prevented promising hydrogen innovations from reaching the market. Building on this vision, it develops fuel-cell systems that deliver cleaner, longer-lasting power for drones, robotic systems, and backup energy applications. By combining hydrogen and oxygen to generate electricity and advancing innovative energy-storage solutions, Cellegant is helping create lighter, more efficient systems with significantly greater endurance than conventional batteries.
While the company's early efforts focused on fuel-cell-based alternatives to diesel generators, growing demand for longer-endurance drones led the company to focus on UAVs. Along the way, the team tackled challenges in component sourcing, developing power electronics, and improving hydrogen storage, while also working to dispel misconceptions about hydrogen and its safety.
As this venture continues to grow, support from NIDHI PRAYAS, grants from the Government of Gujarat, and collaborations with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on technologies for quadruped robots and other strategic applications, is helping build momentum for the company's future ambitions.
The upcoming launch of Cellegant's first hydrogen fuel-cell-powered drone product marks an important milestone, though for Prof Bhargav, success extends well beyond commercial achievements. He hopes to see Cellegant serving the Indian Armed Forces, becoming the country’s go-to fuel-cell engineering company, and inspire young engineers to develop solutions that strengthen India’s energy future.

#Influenza claims an estimated 1.25 lakh lives in India every year, with nearly two-thirds of the deaths occurring among people aged 65 years and above. Yet less than 3% of #elderly#Indians have received recommended adult #vaccines, according to an expert consensus published in the Journal of the Indian Academy of Geriatrics. The experts cited data from the Longitudinal Ageing Study in India (LASI), which found that vaccination coverage among older adults remains abysmally low. Coverage was 2.75% for tetanus-diphtheria #vaccination, 1.82% for hepatitis B, 1.59% for influenza and just 0.74% for pneumococcal vaccination. The group recommended routine vaccination for older adults against influenza, pneumococcal disease, shingles and tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis, while advising hepatitis B vaccination for high-risk groups. @timesofindia@MoHFW_INDIA
Earthquake aftermath: Jose Alberto Gallipoli Lameda searched through rubble for his son after twin earthquakes struck Venezuela, killing at least 32 people and injuring hundreds.
🇻🇪 Venezuela's northern coastal state of La Guaira, the hardest hit by the earthquakes, has been declared a disaster zone.
