@Tesco pls help! Used my privilege of second colleague clubcard. Didn’t get any discounts on three lots of shopping and on the last lot was charged twice for cat food when I bought one lot! Tried calling in but no answer. Pls help, the cost has been crippling! 😭
@Matalan It’s shocking really as it wasn’t working last year either. According to your staff colleagues it was fed up the chain last year and nothing happened to fix it. I’ll be back to visit soon and see what’s in place. It’s uncomfortable for customers too, everything was cold to touch
@Matalan appalled at the cold temperatures in your B’ham Pump Island store. How you think it’s ok to let staff work in those conditions is sickening! Left the store quickly as it was as cold as outside. Same excuses as last yr when the heating ‘broke’, it’s still not fixed! Why?
