4.) drizzlicious
i know super basic and ur bored of it but when i am craving something sweet i always grab the drizzlicious. they have so many flavors and are super low cal.
6.) cottage cheese
not as low cal as the other options but has an amazing calorie to protein ratio. i personally love putting citrusy fruit into my cottage cheese (pineapple is my favorite)
3.) miso soup
basically every soup is somewhat low cal but you can eat an entire pint of miso soup (seaweed and tofu) for 140 calories and itโs a perfect option for if you need something warm and filling
1.) pickles!!
regular dill pickles are almost zero calories and i think theyโre super good. bread and butter (sweet) pickles are normally 30 cals for 6 pickle chips which is basically nothing for a sweeter snack. i also spread kewpie mayo on mine for more flavor.
2.) artichoke hearts
artichoke hearts have such little calories and are super good for when you want something salty and crunchy. they also go super good with salads and savory rice cake snacks
@crossedcals iโm a lazy fuck so iโll weigh myself with my outfit on then take my outfit off to figure out how much my outfit weighs and then continue weighing myself throughout the day but subtracting my outfit weight.
