@DellCares Nov 7th XPS ordered, Nov 17th brand new 9305 XPS unboxed, dead on arrival, the left side of the keyboard doesn’t respond, Nov 17th contacted customer support for a replacement, defective XPS sent back to Dell same day, the support rep created a replacement ordered that
will be delivered in 7-8 days, two weeks after, the replacement order doesn’t arrive, I check the replacement order status and it shows Jan 6th 2022 (!!!) while same XPS configuration is sold online for new customers, today Dec 24th I check the status and shocked to see that the
replacement order that was suppose to be shipped two months after the original order got cancelled for no reason and without even contacting me. Not even an automated email notification from the order system. See you at court @Dell@DellCares

@lyft My wife almost died tonight when your driver picked her up. She was on her way to a concert in downtown SJ. The driver drove against the traffic direction on the freeway and almost hit a truck!!! 2 calls to your safety line and zero action. Shame on you!
@jumpsend Are you trying to make sure I have the worst customer experience possible? You've completely changed the UI of the product and 50% of the core functionality is gone now! No response to emails for more than 24 hours when that's the only way to contact your support team!
