How to Play the NEW Strongest 4-Cost: Gwen
6 Sugarcraft got 3 major buffs:

1) Huge Gwen Rework
2) Sugarcraft Buff at ever breakpoint
3) Jinx Bug fix

Now you play 6 Sugarcraft w/ a +1 and level to 8 instead of staying on 7 for Jinx 3*; you can hit her later on 8/9.
