Setting intentions to the run helps make it feel more productive and motivating I think. I wanted to slow today down a bit so I appreciated the time I had to run and ate breakfast outside before work

Only had time to run at 730 this morning and it was nice lol dewy and sunny

I should have just finished the 2 miles but I just didn’t want to I’m so tired lol

I had no energy today I walked half of this but I made the dog an air bender

Getting faster means even tho I literally only had 20 minutes I could still run 2 miles easy peasy

I wrote 10 pages this morning and basically walked the 3rd mile

I felt so slow today but I set a new fastest 1k I guess lol ?
