@BigBicNick@ShadMurib If he was in the right, he wouldn’t have pleaded the fifth. Anyone with half a brain can see that. I guess we know where that leaves you two dipshits. What a couple of fucking clowns. If he was a republican, you people would be losing your shit. Friggin hypocrites.
@BigBicNick@CK_3108 Hah!! You’re a fucking clown. The left had people arrested for walking on beaches without masks on. “Normal life”. You are seriously brainwashed if you think that’s how it went.
@EileenforCO What are your thoughts on SB25-003? I bet you won’t answer considering how important the 2nd amendment is to CO-4 people. Especially considering the @coloradodems are taking away our constitutional rights. Pretty ironic considering the oath you supposedly took.
@ShadMurib Let’s not forget the out of state anti-gun and anti-hunting groups who’ve you let write bills for that dipshit Polis and his husband to push your agendas through. My god you’re a giant hypocrite.
@coloradodems@RomeroForCO How ironic considering what you’ve done to CO. The budget, inflation, insurance premiums, crime, auto theft, all some of the worst in the country. More people are leaving than coming in for the first time in history. And voted against stiffer sentences for sex offenders again.
@nexton9news That’s the @coloradodems for you. They’ve put the state in a $1.5 billion deficit. Good job. Hopefully their fines for using too much plastic silverware will save the state. What a bunch of clowns….
@EileenforCO@lxeagle17 No thanks. I like our constitutional given rights that the @coloradodems are taking away from Coloradans. Especially us rural people in CO-4.
@RepPettersen “Bipartisan?” Are you fucking kidding. Nothing in Colorado is bipartisan any more. Now you’re talking about fixing something the @coloradodems broke in the first place. My god you’re a fucking clown.
BIG WIN IN COURT.
A defendant's attorneys tried to get our lawsuit challenging Colorado’s 6.5% guns and ammunition excise tax thrown out.
The judge DENIED the motion.
And the ruling matters beyond simply allowing this case to move forward.
The defendant's lawyers argued that plaintiff Magnum Shooting Center lacked standing. The court rejected that argument, holding that the threat of prosecution for refusing to comply with the law is sufficient to establish standing in this case.
That addresses an important standing question relevant to CSSA’s broader legal fight: Coloradans shouldn’t have to violate an unconstitutional law, get prosecuted, and only then be allowed to challenge it.
They tried to knock us out of court.
Instead, we defeated their motion and secured a favorable ruling on an issue that matters across our fight against Colorado’s anti-Second Amendment regulatory system.
Now we press the advantage.

@ShadMurib Are the Dems winning? Yes. Are the citizens losing? Also yes. Fees, inflation, Insurance premiums, auto theft, crime, all some of the highest in the U.S. More people are now leaving for the first time. All thanks to the Dems in CO. Maybe your plastic silverware bill will help.🤡
