@AskLyft been three weeks and nothing at all. False report against me, I never did what was alleged even provided the dash cam footage from entire day. Over 11 years and 24k rides.... Horrible treatment

@lyft I have now been on hold for anther 2 hours and nothing... I guess I'll just file a police report and go after the passenger since lyft seems to think they can just leave their driver's in the lurch... Lyft you have one hour to correct this or I report it to attorney general

@lyft so passenger threw up in my car Saturday night at 1030pm.....it is now Monday at noon and I have spent over 7 hours on hold to no avail. The chat portion keeps just ending the chat.... Lyft is illegal and allows passengers to do whatever they want and us drivers suffer helo
