The 8-week Induction Training Programme (29th Batch) for 114 Assistant Accounts Officers (AAOs) of the Department of Telecommunications & the Department of Posts, was inaugurated by Sh. Rajiv Kumar, Sr. DDG (PAF), DoP at NCA-F.

In his inaugural address, Sr DDG (PAF) advised trainees to continuously update themselves on the evolving policies and initiatives of @IndiaPostOffice and @DoT_India.

The program is structured to develop domain & functional competencies in government accounting, financial rules & procedures, internal audit & budgeting processes, use of office productivity software and the use of different accounts and finance related softwares currently operational in DoT & DoP.

Dr V. Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Advisor delivered an enlightening address on “India's Path to Amrit Kaal: Opportunities & Challenges" at NCA-F for Officer Trainees of the Special Foundation Course 2025 under the Viksit Bharat Talks.

Dr Nageswaran highlighted that in a challenging & uncertain global environment, strategic resilience, structural reforms, vocational education, skilling, energy security and private sector capital formation are the keys to achieving the goal of #ViksitBharat2047.

He engaged OTs on strategies for sustaining high GDP growth - Evidence & Data based policy-making, genuine supply chain independence by catalyzing investment in Manufacturing/Semiconductors & AI, Deregulation, Decriminalization of regulatory landscape, strengthening MSME sector and increasing Agricultural Productivity. He also underscored the pivotal role of young civil servants in translating policy into measurable outcomes for citizens.

Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 — Asia’s largest telecom, media, and technology event — on 8th October 2025 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.

On the sidelines of IMC 2025, a high level CGCA Conference was organized which was chaired by Member Finance, DCC, Shri Manish Sinha, and CGCA, Ms. Vandana Gupta.

The conference, among other things, brainstormed on the issues of Telecom Revenue Assurance, Assessments, Revenue growth, Gender Equity, Digital Access etc.

दिनांक १७.०९.२५ को श्रीमती वंदना गुप्ता, महानियंत्रक संचार लेखा ,नई दिल्ली ने नि.सं. ले, उ. प्र.(पश्चिम),मेरठ क��र्यालय का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सभी अनुभागों का दौरा किया एवं समस्त अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को संबोधित कर,सेवाभाव से कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

The Special Foundation Course for 176 Officer Trainees of 15 All India/Central Civil Services was formally inaugurated today at NCA-F, in the august presence of Shri Sriram Taranikanti, Director, LBSNAA, as the Chief Guest. The ceremony marked not just the beginning of a 12-week long training program, but the weaving together of diverse experiences, aspirations, and commitments to public service.

In his Inaugural Address, Shri Taranikanti emphasised that anonymity is the bedrock of Civil Service and that a Civil Servant has to be an eternal optimist. He urged OTs to channelize their youthful energy towards nation-building, reminding them that true leadership lies in shared vision and calls for sacrifice.

Delivering the Ceremonial Address, Shri Manish Sinha, Member (Finance), DCC, emphasized the need to build resilient institutions and to ensure efficiency, accountability, and transparency in the service to the people. He urged OTs to forge life-long friendships which will stand the test of time.

In her Keynote Address, Ms. Madhavi Das, DG, NCA-F, shared her vision of NCA-F as a vibrant hub of excellence. She urged the OTs to grab every opportunity towards nation-building. She reaffirmed NCA-F's commitment to nurturing future-ready civil servants who are infused with the values of seva bhaav, jan seva, empathy, accountability, and continuous learning - qualities that transform governance into a true instrument of citizen service.

Addressing the OTs, Dr. Kamal Kapoor, Course Director, highlighted that the Foundation Course is, in itself, a contract of Discipline, Diligence and Dignified behaviour on part of OTs and Academic Rigor, Commitment, Dedication, Excellence and Fairness on part of the NCA-F.

Sh. Shailesh Bansal, Course Coordinator, SFC, encouraged the OTs to immerse themselves in the learning experience of the months ahead, carrying with them the timeless call of the Gita: “कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।” (Your right is to action alone, never to its fruits).

On this solemn occasion, the OTs were administered the Oath of Allegiance by DG NCA-F - pledging unwavering loyalty to the Republic and the Constitution and a firm resolve to uphold its ideals, and faithful adherence to Laws in the service of the nation.
