@HyundaiIndia Thanks for your reply and giving attention. I request you to understand overall concerns which are really adding up as bad experiences of post sales service in this competitive industry. That also due to lack of proper process and attitude of some of the dealers.

@HyundaiIndia l had very bad experience with Hyundai dealers/ service providers in Delhi at recent past. I have been a customer for more than a decade , purchased at least 4 vehicles from Hyundai , then getting this kind of experience. Lost the trust completely. Ref:1-2341620023.
