@musugu112 @GulteOfficial Culling is not mass rampage killing every individual specimen. Culling is to control population or an outbreak by killing few. There will/has to be a strategy.

Apparently, around 10,000 incidents happened in a day on average in 2024.

Most of these happen in the areas where the relatively lesser priviliged people live and the affordability is low.
