@AvantiWestCoast Once again, delays & cancellations have messed up my plans. At almost £100 for a rtn ticket & the frequency of this happening from Liv to Ldn, it’s ridiculous! @grantshapps, you urgently need to review the shocking public transport services in the UK!
@AvantiWestCoast When boarding, I asked and was told First Class was just for those ticket holders. It’s packed in U coach, but I’m stuck there now. With rising Covid cases and the higher than normal number of passengers today, this should have been thought about in advance.
@AvantiWestCoast 24 hours late, I’m on a train. With high infection rates and the calamity of yesterday, why on earth do you have so many 1st class only carriages? This makes social distancing impossible.
@AvantiWestCoast Can you please give us an update on the train delays and cancellations @NetworkRailEUS? The info desk can’t help. The train station is getting very busy, and no one can seem to get a train to their destination.
