@RahulPandefig@crispy_harshit@grok Lol. Grok says "right-wing party senior (Raghuvir Mishra) is shown complicit in that crackdown" but Defence Minister party is unnamed.
Free version of Grok has little to no reasoning skills. Use other products my friend. Grok is here to look up information, not reasoning.
@RahulPandefig@crispy_harshit@grok This is not about Laxman Pandey.
This is about the Defence Minister and the political party he belonged to.
Just answer - What political wing did the Defence minister belong to in the movie? Based on who disrupted the protests.
@RahulPandefig@crispy_harshit It portrayed Saffronists as Villains & architects of despair. Nothing to do with questioning the government(Congress)
@Mayank8301@crispy_harshit Dhurandhar is a propaganda movie 100%. But the general consensus is that only Dhurandhar is a propaganda movie but Rang De Basanti is not.
That is False. Rang De Basanti was released in the congress era, and clearly showed their political opponents as scammers.
@whatever250047 You were going to quit X, now is a good time to close an app and watch the movie again. Perhaps with some brains critical+indepth analysis. For once.
Propaganda in Rang De Basanti.
It was actually the CONGRESS that was heavily involved in Mig 21 scams.
Movies use various colours deliberately to drive association and emotion. The antagonist is draped in colours what is generally associated with the Indian Right Wing(ie not the Congress).
> The colour of the gamchas, clothing
> the colour of objects in the room(like a bag)
> Interestingly, when one of the antagonist joins the documentary(even before the Mig 21 accident), they remove his orange tilak.
When it was actually the Congress that was heavily involved in Mig 21, why portray these colours?
@whatever250047@Leftieinthih6j@crispy_harshit The defence Minister makes a phone call to a right wing party to break the protest. Hence proving the association that RW
> Is the party in power
> Involved in the scam
Anupam is just a private contractor for the government.
Could have used the colour scheme 'Purple' or 'Grey' or 'White' or 'Brown' or 'Yellow' for a political party. I can name many more colours?
But they chose Saffron.
Recognise textbook propaganda. It's Okay - Rang De Basanti is one of my favourite movies too, I would defend its script tooth and nail. But we must be honest and open to critique a movie we hold so dear.
Watched the movie so many times but learnt nothing from it. No values.
βIf the conversation is bland, you will put some abusive language in it. Just to give it energy.β
Let me break it down to you like you're 5:
> Defence minister makes a call to break the protest
> Right wing party shows up to break the protest
> By attacking the protestors, the Right-wing party associates itself with the Mig 21 scandal.
> Laxman visits his RIGHT-WING party on why did they attack the protestors.
Conclusion: It was a right-wing party in power(defence minister) and owner of the scam.
