I work remotely and have a broken foot so I can’t drive. I’ve been paying for rideshares to coffee shops with WiFi and had to buy a hotspot just to keep up with my job. AT&T has sent two texts in 20 days. Both just said “you have an outage.” We know - it’s absurd at this point.

Context: My elderly and handicapped in-laws live with us. TV is their only entertainment — gone for 20 days. They missed the Super Bowl. They're missing the Olympics. We're renting DVDs from the library because it's all we can do for them.

If you offer something which has a demand - then profit will follow. It's simple and truly democratic in absence of state coercion or manipulation.

I don't think that the state has any place in paying for education. The reason a degree is necessary is because of the state and it' manipulations of the market.

This isn't 'our country' where 'we' do things. I am perfectly happy to discuss warcrimes we have participated in (in good faith) but not sugar-coat Castro or Maduro or the Saudis

I've been against every foreign entanglement in (almost) all of our history. This doesn't make Castor anything less than a villain.
