@HiltonHotels I had a bad experience early Decemeber and have been trying to get in touch with someone to resolve it. The hotel manager was no help. I tried the Hilton phone number and they weren't able to help because no one at the hotel would answer. Now I've charged $700
@HiltonHotels I will never book with you again. Flight delays due to ground stops at both airports and tried calling hotel and the didnt answer phone. Tried for 4 hours. Tried Chat. No one responded
Called Hilton main number. 30 minutes they tried to get hotel to answer.
Refused any help. Yes I understand you have a cancelation policy but I habe never had a hotel not work with me on things out of our control. It was one night and points and now you are going to lose a customer. Very poor service from a large company.
All I wanted to do was cancel my reservation and get my points back to book another Hilton property near the airport since it would be 3am or later getting to Manhatten. Manager finally answered while in flight saying nothing could be done. I again explained situation
