Someone once said socialists move into rich areas, enact terrible policies and then point to the outcome of those policies as failures of capitalism, so they can enact even more socialist policies.

What ultra evil cut throat capitalist society would tolerate homeless villages and crack addicts scaring away investors, customers, home and business owners from a whole area of real estate in a city. A true uncaring capitalist society whose focus is profit would not tolerate the homeless encampments. They have the water hoses out here by the end of the day. A policy making sure they can't appear in public spaces a week later. And by the end of the month those streets which used to be filled with junkies, would be wall to wall coffee shops and corpo bar and grills.

This is a result of policies like "lets give the drug addicts more drugs and places they can safely shoot up" because forcing them into rehab programs is too inhumane. Pass the policies that allows this in the name of compassion, then make a compilation of the outcome and say "look how terrible this is and its capitalisms fault!"
