@neuroeden My knees do this because of super flat feet, I went to a doctor and got a bunch of exercises to strengthen my arches and whatever keeps your knees from buckling in and it went away! I have terrible balance on one foot which was a big tell

@tayleighlamb I always keep ginger garlic paste and frozen vegetables for stir fry and fried rice. If you have an instant pot keep canned tomatoes and lentils around too for dal in 20 min. The ginger garlic paste takes the hardest part out of prep

@carri_ari This happens to me too...I went to a doctor and they tested me for anemia, heart conditions, took brain scans, and at the end just told me to eat salty snacks in case my blood pressure got low 😒
