Factory Reset: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.
2. Download Phantom: Connect briefly to Wi-Fi and install the official Phantom app from Phantom Technologies, Inc.
3. Go Offline: Turn on Airplane Mode, and manually toggle Wi-Fi OFF, Bluetooth OFF, and Cellular OFF in iOS Settings.
4. Generate Wallet: Open Phantom while completely offline, select Create New Wallet, and write down the recovery phrase
5. Copy Public Address: Copy or save your public receiving address to use for deposits.
6. Disable Cloud & Sync: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and turn OFF iCloud Backup, iCloud Drive, and Keychain Sync. Set AirDrop to Receiving Off.
7. Lock Down Access: Turn on Face ID inside Phantom settings and set a strong, unique passcode for the iPhone.
8. Set Up "Watch-Only" Mode: On your daily phone or computer, open Phantom, select Add / Import Account, choose Watch Address, and paste your vault's public receiving address to check balances safely.
9. Power Off & Store: Power down the vault iPhone completely and keep it stored offline in a safe place. Never use it to browse dApps or sign outgoing transactions.
