In toxic cultures, people are rewarded solely for individual results. How they treat others is ignored.
In healthy cultures, people are valued for collective contributions. Pay, performance, and promotions depend on elevating others.
If you're an asshole, you're not a success.
It's never not "the right time" for #ClimateAction and keeping discussions going. Great honour and fun to be part of @EstorilConf satellite panel discussion organized by CEMS and @AaltoBIZ@AaltoUniversity. Learned a lot from brilliant fellow panelists and engaged Aalto audience.
Climate Change, Financial Capitalism & Sustainability, the Journey to Net-Zero, the role of companies and how to take advantage of technology to scale up social and environmental impact to incentive a concert action around a common challenge.

@jounikjuntunen Not everybody has to like it. It took time to absorb & wasn't easy coming straight from the 90s Twin Peaks. But I'm anyway a great fan of Lynch's work and I've read a lot about it (geeky). Framing season 3 with this also helped to appreciate. It can be quite obscure & wacky.
@jounikjuntunen TP3 is an entirely different show, compared to earlier seasons. I found it worth to watch every single episode until the last one. For me, the show that marked the first lockdown. Rewatched seasons 1 and 2, then 3. David Lynch changed & it shows. Still good in a different way.

Noise Pollution Impacting Marine Animals Worse Than Previously Thought:
“No one really wants to live right next to a freeway because of the constant noise... For animals in the ocean, it’s like having a mega-freeway in your backyard.”
