Wow. GNU grep is not only faster than BSD grep, it finished a big `grep -v -f <file>` in the blink of an eye when the default (BSD) grep on Mac was taking literally hours.

I had to double check that it was actually working because I couldn't believe it was practically instant

Just tried again and still only get data up to 2023-01-16 20:00:00.
