@VirginMoney I’m horribly disappointed by the fact you’ve switched off web services. I do not want to use another app, but need access to digital copies of my statements. Please fix this ASAP - otherwise I don’t see a reason to stay.
@VirginMoney I simply don’t want a load of apps, definitely not financial apps - and especially not for a credit card service. I simply want a web service where I can download statements to my pc.
@VirginMoney Yes it is, I’ve been a customer for at least 5 years, but if I can’t get the customer service I expect - which includes being able to log in via web services - I’m not staying.
@HesJuxtaPoser@RishiSunak Correct, and they are aiming to “cover this up” by making the grant that covers Nov-Dec-Jan available at the start of that period in stead of the end... 2 months earlier than the other 2 grants... after skipping 2 months during which furlough continued at 80%!
@AskVirginMoney@VirginMoney Well, you’re not even getting the current app right, so sadly I do not have faith in an upgraded app and losing my normal online access which actually works, so I’ll just stop using my card now. Not impressed with whoever made that decision!
@VirginMoney just found out you’re planning to shut down browser access to accounts in favour of a sub-standard app. What’s that all about?!? Not a happy customer!
@VirginMoney@DTowey86@foxsoup And you still think it’s a good move to kill online services in favour of a 2-star app on both android and iOS that prefers to crash over being functional?!? Why not have FUNCTIONAL apps ALONGSIDE online services like any other respectable financial provider?!?
@VirginMoney@kernowmist I’m completely with @kernowmist on this. Do NOT want an app for financial services and if I can’t access my account and get statements through normal online services, you’ll be losing another loyal customer.
@WendyLaker@WendyLaker We're making way for a bigger and better Mobile App where you'll be able to fully manage your Credit Card account with us, with lots of new features being added over the next months. ^RS
@MartinSLewis Another problem is that SEISS skipped Sep & Oct, as if the self employed stopped existing or were able to work as normal for those 2 months.... & by opening the 3rd grant for applications 3 months after Aug, they are very much covering up that fact, which should still be fixed.
@MartinSLewis That’s one of the problems - but don’t forget it also goes back 4 yrs & is reduced by expenses - great fun if you were a startup then. The “80%” based on 4 years ago pretty much translates to 30% of what my projections were for 2020... the support is not making up for the losses!
@MartinSLewis Don’t let them bother you. Not your fault that updates are released after your tweets. But just wondering, do you know if there’s any chance to get a SEISS update to cover Sep/Oct which have currently been skipped?
@RishiSunak#AskRishi so when will you sort out the 2 month no-support gap in SEISS support for September and October....? It’s not like those 2 months everything went back to normal for a bit - far from! (Not to mention the fact still far too many are completely excluded?)
@cineworld you’ve been closed since Oct 9th and announced you would not be taking membership DD whilst closed.... but took my DD on Oct 14th... please refund until you are open again!
@RishiSunak So how about the self employed in sectors such as events who can’t work properly due to gov restrictions? Can we get two thirds? And how about considering recent figures in stead of 4 year old figures & stop ignoring the recently self employed & so may more who were forgotten?!?
