fix your life in simple steps:
- drink 2.5-3L of water every day
- write down tomorrow's goals before sleeping
- track everything you complete, even if it's less than you planned
- consistency >>>> perfection; documentation matters
- keep your targets realistic and achievable
- sleep atleast 7 hours every night
- move your body daily, even if it's just a 20-minute walk
- spend at least 30-60 mins learning something new
- limit mindless scrolling and protect your focus
- stop comparing your progress with others
- be patient... small wins compound over time
- don't wait for motivation, build discipline instead

Started learning Tree from @striver_79 but after 4-5 vids I am not able to understand things.
I know it is hard, but it feels like I am just watch' video and coding what is shown in the video.
So I thought to learn it from @kunalstwt , lect. are long here.
Any good resources?
We keep talking about the grind and enjoying the grind, but few dare she's light on the things that we give up on in this pursuit.
I got work from 8:30 in the morning till 7:30 in the evening. About 30 mins of travel each way, so that's 12 hours gone. I love the work that I do, I love the problems that I solve, and I love everything that comes with this. Not a shadow of doubt in that.
But here's what I cannot do / am not able to do, on a regular basis.
I cannot go to the gym, because the exhaustion is too much and I'll barely fit-in time for it.
I cannot go meet friends, because by the time I'm done with work, it's nearing 8 already and people gotta go home to rest for the day.
I cannot, or rather, am not able to come back home, and have the energy to learn things that I want to - atleast not regularly.
A single traffic jam in the evening is enough to nearly double the time for riding back home, and the weekends are over before I can run through my chores and errands for the week!
And thank God I'm not active on Instagram a LOT, lest the social comparisons would have ravaged my mind beyond measure.
Now - I well and truly understand that this is the life I chose for myself, and I have no regrets about any of this. But.
I write this, so that anyone who follows along lines similar to mine, knows what life looks like when you go deep into something that you are working on.
It's excruciatingly tough, beyond what my words can do justice to it. So choose wisely, boys and girls!
