@MarjorieBrimer I feel like the platform has changed a lot since it changed hands. For me, interaction is lower than ever before, except for one tweet that went viral and got so many responses that I gave up trying to interact, and at least 3-5 new bots or scam accounts follow me every day...
I don't want to jinx it, but showers are still my #1 place to unblock writing ideas.
(now I've said that, it'll probably stop being fool-proof, lol 🤦♀️) #WritingCommunity#amwriting
@CWallace_Author Yeah, there are a lot of features to uncover. I've also seen a lot of amazing ones that are like video mood boards, but I haven't been able to nail that style yet... Always something to learn!
I resisted as long as I could. But I am now on #Booktok and I am every bit as obsessed as I predicted I would be 😭
(Check the comments if you want to see just how deep I've gone, haha 😵)

In my fantasy, I would be popping bottles and celebrating... In reality, I would wallow in self-doubt and panic about getting reviews 🤦♀️😅

I have an annoying habit of not talking about a book until it is fully written and has had several passes of edits... Sometimes, I'll even wait until the whole trilogy is done. Not a great way to build up hype🙈

@CWallace_Author Yay! I'll follow you too! I'm still figuring out how to use the app but I'm enjoying it so far... Enjoying it a little TOO much, haha 😅
I used Canva to make the videos... Otherwise, I wouldn't have the tech skills, lol 🥴
@knwhitton I've been there! I wrote an entire trilogy, and the 3rd book was SO GOOD but the 1st book was SO AWFUL (b/c I'd learnt so much through the process). I edited and edited and edited and it just wasn't working so I rewrote the 1st book. Well worth it b/c it's so much better now!
