साहिल वकोड़े IIT बॉम्बे के छात्र थे। परीक्षा चल रही थी। पूरा प्रश्नपत्र AI एप्प को अपलोड कर के उत्तर कॉपी में लिख रहे थे। प्रोफेसर ने पकड़ लिया। बाहर ले गए, डाँटा और कहा कि संस्थान के नियम स्पष्ट हैं आप चोरी करते पकड़े गए तो सस्पेंड किए जा सकते हो।

साहिल ने बाद में आत्महत्या कर ली। माँ-बाप ने पोस्टमार्टम के बाद भी शव नहीं लिया क्योंकि उन्हें न्याय चाहिए। न्याय पाने के लिए उन्होंने मोदी एक्ट की धाराएँ लगवा दीं प्रोफेसर पर।

एक लड़का आरक्षण से IIT पहुँचा। कम नंबर न आए, इसलिए चोरी कर रहा था। वह टॉपर बनना चाह रहा था। पर एक मनुवादी शिक्षक ने उसे कॉलेज के कानून बताए, सस्पेंड किया भी नहीं। उसने आत्महत्या कर ली।

क्या एक दलित को फोन ले जाने अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए? क्या ऐतिहासिक प्रताड़ना के कारण उसको ओपन मोबाइल परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए?

आज एक ब्राइट स्टूडेंट, जो जेट इंजन बना सकता था AI से पूछ कर, हमारे बीच इसलिए नहीं रहा क्योंकि उससे पहले ही चरण में रोक लिया गया। मोदी एक्ट इसीलिए बना ही है।

प्रोफेसर को फाँसी होनी चाहिए।

मोदी एक्ट पर कुछ तथ्य और आँकड़े

एक पार्टी चाटुकार का वीडियो देखा जिसमें उक्त व्यक्ति, पत्रकार @23pradeepsingh जी को ज्ञान दे रहा है कि उन्होंने जो 'मोदी एक्ट' के बारे में दलित नागरिकों द्वारा पैसों की उगाही की योजना पर टिप्पणी की, वह ग़लत है।

बिल्कुल नहीं! प्रदीप जी ने जो कहा वह तथ्यात्मक रूप में उचित है क्योंकि न तो 1989 के मूल क़ानून में, न ही 2018 के मोदी संशोधन में इस बवासीर एक्ट में किसी भी तरह की '75% दिए पैसों की रिकवरी' का कोई भी प्रावधान है ही नहीं।

हाँ, कभी-कभी कोर्ट को लगता है कि ये कुछ ज़्यादा ही हो गया तो वह आदेश दे सकती है, परंतु लाखों ऐसे केस के 99% मामलों में कोर्ट सरकार द्वारा चार्जशीट फाइल होने तक दी गई धनराशि की कोई रिकवरी नहीं करवाती। उसके लिए आरोपित को बाद में केस फाइल करना होता है, और अधिकांश समय लोग कोर्ट के झंझट में नहीं पड़ना चाहते।

यह केस मोदी एक्ट के सेक्शंस के तहत नहीं होता, वह अन्य IPC/BNS के माध्यम से होगा। यानी एक्ट में ऐसा कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। 3(1)(p), 3(1)(q) या 3(2)(i)–(ii) में स्पष्ट रूप से 'फ़र्ज़ी केस, फ़र्ज़ी साक्ष्य, फ़र्ज़ी सूचना' देने पर आप पर केस बनेगा, लेकिन यह प्रावधान केवल SC/ST लोगों के लिए है, ना कि अन्य भुक्तभोगियों के लिए। और यह मोदी जी ने ही 2015 में संशोधन करके डाला है। यानी, SC/ST पर केस करने के लिए यदि आपने ग़लत सूचना, प्रमाण का प्रयोग किया तो उसे सुरक्षा है, आपको नहीं।

उक्त चटुआ महोदय से आग्रह है कि हमें पुनः वीडियो में जन-गण-मन की धुन बजा कर समझाएँ कि नियम 12(4), 12(7) अथवा किसी अन्य एनेक्सर में 'ऑटोमैटिक रिकवरी' की बात है क्या? साथ ही, यह भी बताएँ कर्नाटक, इलाहाबाद एवं एकाध अन्य हाई कोर्ट के अलावा कुल कितने ऐसे केस हैं जिसमे कोर्ट्स ने ऐसे स्टार्ट-अप योजना के लाभार्थियों से अठन्नी भी वसूली है? आज तक कुल ऐसी रिकवरी 10-20 करोड़ भी नहीं होगी।

आपकी सूचना हेतु बता दूँ कि 8-10% कन्विक्शन रेट वाले इस कानून ने 2018 के बाद से 2024 तक 5.7 लाख लोगों के लिए ₹3650 करोड़ रुपए बाँटे हैं। 2.88 लाख केस पेंडिंग हैं कोर्ट्स में लेकिन पैसे 75% तक दे दिए जाते हैं।

₹3650 करोड़ का आँकड़ा केवल कन्विक्शन के बाद का नहीं है, यह आँकड़ा FIR, चार्जशीट के स्तर तक दी गई 75% धनराशि के साथ है। तो आप स्वयं कैलकुलेट कीजिए कि इसमें कितने हज़ार करोड़ झूठे केस करने वालों को दे दिए गए।

Do you know that @narendramodi has already started 'Wealth Redistribution Scheme' though the bullshit of 'social justice' where our hard earned money is frivolously distributed to those who can vote for BJP?

In 2013-14 the budget for SC & ST was ₹41,561 cr and ₹24,598 cr. The great Ambedkarite Narendra Modi took it to unthinkable levels of ₹1,96,400 cr and ₹141,089 cr. In 12 years he raised it by 5 times for SCs and 6 times for STs.

In contrast the education budget in 2013-14 was ₹79,451 cr and the same for 2026-27 is ₹1,39,289.48 crore. Do you know how much it has increased in these 12 years of Modi rule? 75.3%! Yes, that's how great a priority education is for Modi.

And that's precisely why our whole education system is in shit because Modi wants all the money for rewadibazi that he has been consistently doing all these years, which went unnoticed till he screwed the GCs by UGC rules.

Yet, this (500-600% increase) was not done to uplift them, but for the chest-thumping that @BJP4India does in election rallies. This is just a data to let you know how electoral gains are prioritised over social upliftment.

Skills add value, rewadis kill it. This is the great wealth redistribution that Modi has been doing, silently. Share it and discuss it. And ask the morons who are defending BJP's shitty policies in these areas.

I will keep sharing more and more data points so that you are made aware of the theft of our hard earned money which is sacrificed at the altar of fake 'Rashtravaad' & 'Hindutva' narrative which is actually 'Ambedkarvaad' & 'casteism' repackaged to pull a curtain over our senses.
