Mario Potvin @mario_potvin_s tried twice to dominate me in my house. It was my wife, who was present, who gave him the legal right to enter my house. I therefore expelled Mario Potvin when he mistook me for my partner, who was absent. He was afraid of me because he was illegally in my residence in my wife’s absence.

Pierre Lamarre, the police union and the City of Quebec did not respect the terms of the confidential extortion settlement of 2014.

We had agreed that a retired police officer’s badge would be given to me. On the day the settlement was signed, as I was leaving the premises, I asked Pierre Lamarre for my retired police officer’s badge. He replied laughing, “I’ll take good note of it.”

I am still waiting for my retired police officer’s badge.

The City of Québec and the police union have finally succeeded in finalizing what Mario Potvin had started. They revoked my rights in a confidential extortion transaction. It is time for them to annul this crime and give me back my rights.

He is a police officer and the director of health and safety of the Quebec City Police Officers’ Union.
