Oh wow, you caught me. A video of Serbs burning the American embassy. No context, no date, no explanation. Just a clip to make us look like mindless arsonists.

Let me help you out with some context, since you clearly forgot to include it.

That happened in February 2008 in Belgrade, after Kosovo declared independence with the full backing of the United States, Britain, Germany, and France . Over 150,000 Serbs were peacefully protesting the theft of our land, then a group of masked hooligans broke away and attacked the embassy while police conveniently pulled back and let them through . One rioter even died in the fire .

So posting a video of Serbs burning the US embassy without explaining why they were furious is like posting a video of Ukrainians burning Russian flags and calling them "Russophobes" without mentioning the invasion. It's intellectually dishonest. And you know it.

And if I didn't mention that the US and NATO were actively carving up our country at that very moment, I'd be doing the exact same thing you're doing, leaving out the part that makes your argument inconvenient.

We don't hate the United States for no reason. We hate what they've done to us. There's a difference.

Poenta nije što su se raspale. Poenta je što su se raspale u isto vrijeme. I to nije bio slučaj.

10 godina prije ili poslije, to je druga stvar. Ali ovako, istovremeno? Niko nikome nije mogao pomoći. I to je bio ključ.

Rusija je bila zauzeta sobom. Mi smo bili zauzeti sobom. I Zapad je to iskoristio do kraja.

To nije bila sudbina. To je bila operacija.

And I was staying on topic. But you fail to recognise the fact that every action has a reaction. Serbs weren't going to wait to end up in Jasenovac 2.0 surrounded by Croats and Muslims who turned against us in both world wars.

To you thats aggresion, for us it was survival.

You want to lecture us about genocide while your side spent decades burning our churches, ethnically cleansing our people, and rewriting history to make us the only villains.

You don't get to pick and choose which victims matter. And you don't get to judge a people who were forced to defend themselves against extermination.

You want to talk about Srebrenica? Fine. But first acknowledge Jasenovac. First acknowledge Oluja. First acknowledge every grave that was dug for Serbs while the West looked away.

This "we were here first" game never ends well. Because someone was always there before you.

We built monasteries on our land. We built churches. We built a state. You built a narrative on borrowed time and NATO goodwill.
