@MistressAgathaD Keeping in mind recent BS of UK laws... Eventually, hypothetically, theoretically, but it would be fitting if a guy (or a girl, that's irrelevant) at bottom would be wearing... Well. Something like that. Just a silly idea!

And finally, please look after yourself.
You don’t need to solve everything overnight.
Focus on your immediate needs, take manageable steps and ask for help where you need it.
We’re a resourceful community with a wealth of experience to share, and we always pull together when it matters!
I’ve seen this many times throughout the years and it’s what I love about this community.
Let’s support one another through this. 🤍
12/13
Once the immediate pressure eases, review your longer-term strategy.
How dependent is your income on one platform? What alternative revenue streams suit your business? What could you build gradually to reduce future vulnerability?
Diversify with intention.
11/13
Reach out to other creators.
Share reliable information, ask questions and support one another.
If you're experiencing the same problems, consider documenting them collectively and approaching the appropriate organisations for clarification.
10/13
Be careful with unverified advice.
There's a lot of information circulating, much of it shared with good intentions.
But assumptions aren't confirmations.
Check official sources and distinguish between what is known, what is expected and what is simply somebody's guess or opinion.
9/13
Keep records.
Document affected clips, dates, support responses and any loss of earnings.
This gives you a clearer picture of the impact on your business and useful information if you need to request a review or seek further advice.
8/13
Get accurate information from the affected adult websites.
Ask which content is affected, why it's restricted, whether there's an estimated review timeframe and what happens if compliant content remains unavailable.
Keep your questions specific and your communications professional.
7/13
Please be patient with the platforms too.
Compliant content can be temporarily restricted while reviews take place. That doesn't automatically mean it's been found to breach the rules.
The sites are navigating difficult legal obligations and enormous workloads.
I know it's frustrating, especially when your income is affected, but please remember the people working behind the scenes are trying to resolve this too.
A little patience and understanding can go a long way and they are doing all they can.
6/13
Don't overlook your existing customers.
Let them know what content or services remain available and how they can continue supporting you through permitted channels.
You may already have an audience willing to help. Clear, thoughtful communication matters.
5/13
Review what you can currently offer.
Approved content, permitted personalised services, non-explicit digital products or freelance creative work may provide additional income.
Always check legal and platform requirements. Restricted content isn't automatically compliant elsewhere.
4/13
Don't rush to open ten new accounts.
Diversification is important, but it needs a strategy.
Every new platform requires time, attention and an audience.
Focus on one or two realistic opportunities that complement what you've already built.
3/13
If you're concerned about paying essential bills, seek help early.
Contact providers about payment arrangements before you fall behind.
UK creators can find free guidance through Business Debtline, StepChange, MoneyHelper and Citizens Advice.
National Ugly Mugs is a specialist organisation supporting sex workers!
There's support available. Please use it.
2/13
Start with your immediate finances.
What money do you have available? What payouts are expected? What essential bills are due over the next 30 days?
Pause unnecessary spending where possible.
Understanding your position helps you make decisions without unnecessary panic.
1/13
If you're a creator whose income has been affected by platform restrictions, particularly if you're newer or have a smaller business, I've put together some practical steps that may help.
Financial uncertainty is frightening. Let's focus on what you can do right now. 🤍
🧵The UK’s Crime and Policing Act 2026 is having consequences far beyond the UK, with adult content creators across the world affected by restrictions and compliance reviews.
I’m experiencing it myself. Over half my Clips4Sale catalogue is temporarily restricted, although I’m gradually seeing content return.
I understand the frustration, but I also recognise the incredibly difficult position platforms are in. Compliant content can be temporarily restricted during reviews, and I believe the teams at C4S are working incredibly hard to resolve this. In my experience they have one of the best customer support systems.
But what concerns me most is the human impact.
Less than 24 hours after the new law came into effect, we’re already seeing smaller and newer creators expressing genuine fear and panic about their livelihoods. For some, the sudden loss of income is creating an immediate financial crisis.
And this is where I think we need to ask some very serious questions.
The government’s stated intention is to protect people, particularly women, from harm.
But what happens when the implementation of legislation intended to protect people creates financial distress and uncertainty for the very people whose safety we’re concerned about?
When livelihoods are suddenly disrupted, people panic. They make rushed decisions, become financially desperate and can find themselves in vulnerable situations.
Financial desperation can create opportunities for predatory individuals who exploit people when they’re frightened, vulnerable and running out of options.
And these consequences don’t necessarily stop at national borders.
Regardless of your views on adult content, people working legally, ethically and consensually still have bills, families and responsibilities.
Nobody should overlook the human consequences of suddenly disrupting someone’s livelihood.
If you’re a smaller or newer creator, or this is your primary income, please don’t let panic push you into decisions that could compromise your safety or financial security.
Take stock, get accurate information, seek support and make considered decisions.
I’ve put together a practical thread with some steps that may help creators navigating this disruption.
And to my fellow adult creators around the world, if you know of any reputable organisations or useful contacts in your country offering financial, legal or safety support to those affected, please tag them below so we can help one another find the support we need.
Please look after yourselves, and one another. 🤍
