Emotional tonight about how much I love my wife. What a journey we've been on. Today we went to a festival, just us, got drunk, snuck in booze, danced together. Came home and ate fish finger sarnies. Best friends. I love her so much 😍

Nurseries are remaining open and grandparents are still allowed to help with childcare right?!

Alot of triggers but so far done in a sensitive way but how good is the series "this is us".

So it seems were at the point where people are asking if we are having a second?! Erm. Did you forget the journey we went through to become parents. Likes it just that easy!!

My brother couldn't understand my upset. "I didn't think you knew her". No brother. I didn't spend 6 months doing face to face contact handovers. I didn't hold her daughter and wave goodbye. I didn't experience mine and hers most emotional day of our lives.

So this happened Saturday. My first day out drinking in my local city in a long time. Sat comfortably in a pub & in walks birth mum. She didn't see me. A rush of emotions. I wanted to go speak to her. Made the sensible decision not too. It threw me, upset me.

When your SIL hands u a load of children's books they no longer want "you can keep them or give them to charity", heartbroken to find the book I'd given to my niece on her christening which was personalised with her name and a note from us about her christening and the date 😥

@softheviking Hey Sof. Thx for the msg. Took a break from Twitter but I do drop in from time to time to see how everyones doing. All good my end. Stressful few months in lockdown looking after button & us both working but just about got through it. Buttons 22 months old & full of beans 😍.
