Since 5 days, i am having Connectivity issue. Raised multiple tickets, contacted local vendors, since 4 days, they are keep saying we are working on it.
Contacted Customer support, out of 19 mins, 15 mins I was on wait.

It has been more than 4 months, and my refund is still pending.

My refund request has been pending since 30 March, and today is 8 July. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have neither received my money nor a satisfactory resolution.

At this point, I have no option left except to pursue legal action through the appropriate consumer forums.

I have already advised my friends, family, and residents of my society not to opt for Jio Broadband because of this experience.

Your local vendor acted irresponsibly, and instead of resolving the issue, Jio has failed to protect its customer or provide a timely refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

अब मेरे पास कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं बचा है। मैं उपभोक्ता आयोग और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारियों के समक्ष यह मामला लेकर जाऊंगा।
