@TeamYouTube Hi there, I tried to change my Channel URL earlier, however upon changing it, my channel has become inaccessible through both the old link and the new one that I've created. Here are screenshots to back me up. I'm eligible for a custom URL, why isn't this working?

@ATVIAssist @ATVI_AB @Treyarch Both MW and Cold War no longer work on my PC. Whenever I launch either game, I am met with a black screen every time. I have reinstalled Battle NET, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling both games. Please advise. Images w/descriptions attached.
