2022 Mentorship Model Flowcharts
Reposting my visualizations for all my new followers
I created these visualizations last year to help me identify ICTs 2022 Model in real-time
*these are ideal price action conditions. Technically the MSS can be before or after the lowest low / highest high
I’m so sorry man!
But you are indeed correct that this is your fault (Ephesians 5:25-31). But great job owning up to your responsibility!
My advice is to research the truth that God does not speak outside of His written Word (Hebrews 1:2; 2:3-4). So many more Bible verses show this. Try to prove this truth to her, and then her logic falls apart. Hopefully after that she will submit to you.
Godspeed!
This may not look like much at first glance, but 2 NQ contracts at almost 50 points each adds up fast!
Mighty fine P&L 📈 and a great way to end the week before a mini vacation with the family 🏔️
When you want to build a project with code don’t just tell the AI to build the app/project right away. Instead tell the AI to make a BUILD_SPEC.md file (this file explains how exactly the AI will design and scaffold the code. It states out in words the purpose, tech stack, features, etc of the app/project). Tell the AI to update the BUILD_SPEC file with all the things you want. Make the AI go section by section (should be 10-15). Review each section and fine tune, then proceed.
Then when the BUILD_SPEC file is complete you simply tell the AI to “Build it!”. Spend the vast majority of your time designing in words and you will have much better outcomes with fewer problems
ES Longs After NY Open
After the NY Open, ES ran overnight sellside liquidity. That aligned with one of my models, so I took the long — 2 contracts.
My DOL was the new RTH highs.
Based on the overnight price action, I didn’t have a strong higher DOL mapped out above that level — and that played out. Price slowly pushed higher, but it was clearly waiting on NQ to run RTH buyside liquidity.
At 10:17am, NQ tagged its buyside. That was the signal.
All markets have been selling off since.
Closed out the 2 ES longs for a solid profit.
Done for the day. 🤑
SENIOR ENGINEERS ARE QUIETLY SWITCHING FROM CLAUDE CODE TO CODEX AND HERE'S THE BRUTAL BREAKDOWN
a 14-year principal engineer spent ~120 hours co-developing (not vibe coding) across both tools on an 80k LOC python/typescript project.
here's what he found:
Claude feels like an engineer on a time crunch:
> speeds toward getting things working
> ignores CLAUDE.md at least once per session
> leaves tasks half-done mid-migration
> changes tests to match what IT thinks the goal is
> almost never creates new files — just bloats existing ones
Codex feels like a 5-6 year senior:
> stops mid-task to rethink and refactor unprompted
> never once ignored AGENTS.md
> doesn't extend god classes — it factors them out
> does things you hadn't thought of that are actually additive
> you can fire it off and come back when it's done
the raw numbers:
> Claude: more done per session, more cleanup every few days
> Codex: 3-4x slower, but the work is just better
> Codex Pro x5 ≈ Claude Max x20 in usage caps
the real difference:
> Claude needs a skilled, focused driver or it goes off the rails
> Codex demonstrates competence and earns autonomy
his verdict:
> vibe coding a weekend project? Claude wins
> building enterprise software? Codex wins
"Claude requires a skilled, focused driver more than Codex does"
both give crap output if you don't know SWE. the tool isn't the skill.
@om_patel5 I completely agree with this post. I’m a Principal Software Engineer. Codex/ChatGPT is just better than Claude. Way better models, better UI. Even when I actually build an app in Claude I always gravitate towards designing and completing the BUILD_SPEC file in ChatGPT models.
First Great Trade Opportunity (for me) in Weeks!
The best part of this horrible price action over the past couple of weeks is that it requires you to exercise more patience. Either you do and survive, or you blow account after account.
Today, after the NY Open, one of my models formed on ES. I Limit Ordered two contracts short. And then waited.
The BIGGEST part of me winning today was TAKING PROFIT AT the low-hanging fruit objective. I got 10 ES pts times 2 contracts and exited the trade. In this crazy price action right now, holding for big gains will get you wicked into losses.
Look at the chart. If I had not taken profit, I would have been stopped out for break-even. And then I would have watched price dump afterward. Then I would have revenge traded and maybe blown my account.
Base hits win!!
The next 12 weeks will define the next 12 months of your trading.
Do this:
- Trade one session. NY AM (9:30 to 11:30 EST).
- Trade one model. Yours.
- Take 2 trades max per day.
- Journal every single one. Collect data.
- Trade with a DOL not patterns.
Discipline compounds. Just like losses do.
Through discipline comes freedom.
I traded for 3 years while working for Delta
Nobody at my job knew I was building my way out
Here's the exact system I used to trade without staring at charts all day

@RedLightRising Tell me more about this statement. I have never heard anyone say this:
"Use red bulbs in lamps below eye level so that you can still function, but it won’t trigger your circadian rhythm."
