Megan Thee Stallion speaks on her past relationship with Klay Thompson:
— “How do I want to say this gently? What’s meant for you is always going to work out. And if something is constantly making you feel uncomfortable, just on edge all the time, you probably are not supposed to be there. God will always make you uncomfortable when something is not meant for you. I think I just kept trying to make pieces fit that didn’t belong, trying to fit myself into someone else’s life. I was losing myself a little bit. I am now in the space of finding me again.”
“If the world born from my body oppressed me, I will not let that world exist.”
Marxist feminism has always understood childbirth as political.
Women don’t just produce children. We produce the next generation of workers, taxpayers and soldiers, mostly while doing enormous amounts of unpaid labour.
Birth strikes aren’t new.
Enslaved women resisted forced reproduction with contraception and abortion because their children became property and labour for slaveholders.
European socialist women later openly called for a Gebärstreik, a birth strike. Why keep producing workers for factories and sons for imperial wars?
What is the point of giving birth to soldiers just to watch them die?
The Great Depression caused another kind of birth strike. Not organized. People just couldn’t afford children, so birth rates collapsed.
Sound familiar?
Today you have 4B explicitly rejecting marriage, sex, dating and childbirth with men.
But the much bigger strike is economic.
Women are expected to work full time, absorb pregnancy and childbirth, take the career hit, pay insane housing and childcare costs, then come home and do the unpaid second shift.
So women are having fewer children.
Call it feminism. Call it economics. Call it whatever you want.
You cannot make motherhood economically punishing and then panic because women stop producing the next generation of workers and taxpayers.
If the system needs our children that badly, maybe it should build a world worth having them in.

sexual violence being inflicted on Congolese women and little girls. A girl is raped every half an hour, and women are being assaulted. This is unimaginable brutality.l
The Nazis systematically raped women and girls and murdered many of them afterwards. They even raped children.
Whitewashing the Nazis’ use of mass sexual violence is absolutely wild.
📢 TEXAS, BE FUCKING SERIOUS‼️ 🤠
Imagine looking at Gina Hinojosa and James Talarico standing there with WILLIE FUCKING NELSON, a living Texas legend, and thinking:
“Nah. Give me more Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton.”
At some point this stops being politics and becomes a cry for help.
WILLIE IS RIGHT THERE, TEXAS‼️ 😂🔥
Miss Texas Regan Hutsell is officially Miss America 2027 and she’s making history in more ways than one.
@reganhutsell became the first woman of color to win the Miss America crown while wearing her natural hair, a choice she says was deeply personal and rooted in redefining what beauty means to her. Before taking the crown, she spoke about wanting young girls watching at home to know they can show up exactly as they are, even when that looks different from what has traditionally been considered “normal.”
For a pageant world long associated with polished, highly styled beauty, seeing a Black woman walk onto one of the country’s biggest stages in her natural hair is about more than a hairstyle. It’s about visibility, representation, and expanding the definition of what a queen can look like.
And now, she gets to wear the crown her way. 🖤
#LetsDiscuss What did you think of Regan wearing her natural hair on the @missamerica stage and what does this moment mean to the culture?

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez is calling for D4vd to face the death penalty:
"[It] would be perfect for this kind of human being, devoid of feelings and emptiness inside, and without conscience."

On Oct 6:
81.5% of Gazans were living in poverty
47% unemployed (62.3% of youth)
71% screened positive for depression
91% of children had PTSD
22,000 orphans
36,142 protesters wounded by Israel in 2018/19
2,000 amputees
$1.6 billion in economic losses annually from Israel's siege alone (half the size of Gaza's entire GDP)
A 20 year-old Gazan had survived 4 Israeli wars & 12 military assaults
Most Gazans had never stepped a foot outside this giant "open air prison" (as UK PM David Cameron called it)
An entire people forsaken, caged, impoverished, traumatised, periodically massacred, made futureless & left to languish & die in the "biggest concentration camp ever created on earth" (as prominent Israeli sociologist Baruch Kimmerling put it).
Showing a single affluent neighbourhood where only the upper class lived is dumb propaganda!
