@Airtel_Presence I'm again facing issue with wi-fi. This is third time in last 2 weeks. It's extremely frustrating. Last 2 times, technician came and fixed. Still issue is happening again. I need it fixed asap and don't want it happening again and again.

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFCBank_Cares I have sent many emails to hdfc infinia email id, many calls to hdfc concierge, email to hdfc card services in last 3 weeks. ZERO response!! No call back as they promise, no response to emails. Everytime they request 24-48 hrs, and even after that ZERO response!!

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank i've ordered an iPhone on smartbuy portal using reward points on my Infinia card on Feb 22. Still the order has not been shipped. It's been 3 weeks now. Every time i call customer care/concierge, they give me a new date of shipping. #badexperience

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing issues with wifi since Friday. I raised a complaint and got it corrected yesterday evening. At night, it stopped working again. I tried residing complaint today morning and the earliest slow available is Monday. I can't wait that long

@RelianceDigital I purchased a Logitech M650L bluetooth mouse from reliance digital Bangalore HSR layout store yesterday. it keeps disconnecting from my macbook after 30-40 mins. i tried with my office Dell laptop and same issue happened. Please return the item and issue refund.

@flipkartsupport placed order for washing machine. faulty piece arrived. i requested for replacement. it was supposed to deliver ystrday, but it's delayed saying i requested the reschedule (i didn't request for reschedule). now Jan 14 delvry date and no help from customer care
