LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) are going on strike in Alberta.

Because the AUPE has failed in "collective bargaining" for them since April Fools Day of 2024! (fitting)

The AUPE - has 100,000 members that give them 1.25% of their earnings to do this One Job...

AUPE doesn't disclose it's assets because - Fuck You, that's why!

But generates between $80-$120 Million per year.

LPNs are going to be without a paycheque...and also without Strike Pay...in subzero temperatures, before Christmas - despite no contract for almost 2 full years.

NOBODY disagrees with fair wages...

However, nobody will also disagree that the LPNs are being used as political pawns by the NDP, AUPE and the AFL to bring down the UCP Government.

Elderly and ill will suffer...
The working families will struggle...

All for the Unions to have one more bargaining chip on the board.
