I admit it. Heading to #zohoday24, an annual event for analysts, I didn’t really know much about Zoho. 😬 😬

I mean, I knew the company and had seen some of their products in use (my wife uses Zoho to manage her coffee shops), but I quickly learned that Zoho is more than just one or two applications.

So, I asked my good friend, David Smith @DaveMario from InFlow Analysis, to give me a quick overview of Zoho and help me understand how customers typically enter the Zoho suite.

He also explained to me the concept of 🌎“Transnational Localism,” 🌎 something unique to Zoho’s growth philosophy.
