Where charity is concerned they should ideally fund religious institutions where those who work in them take vows of chastity, poverty and obedience. All the better if those in those institutions will pray for them.

The wealthy need to be encouraged to fund great projects of both art, public spaces and charity that will immortalize them. It would be best if they do this because they believe those who benefit will pray for their immortal souls.

Christianity exists in these parts of France and they could equally be subject to Islamic attacks.
