If you clear towns like me 4 example, I go fight 2-4 days in terrain, and 2 days resting in base..fishing chilling,preparing. Play it as it's you.

That may means its classic bacteria or infected w virus its hidden for now.. you should rest and eat as much as possible,if its bacteria u get better in 2 days +- if virus...empty the bottle and go 4 a ride w car..hug trees. Or killing spree.
