Unfortunately, but not unsurprisingly, the Bay Area transit tax will be on the November ballot. If it passes, another billion dollars per year will be extracted from the local economy.

@FriedrichHayek @LizMacDonaldFOX The court removed Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Act despite enough signatures being gathered to get it on the ballot. Things need to go to Federal Supreme Court to protect the people.
