@LibbyBacal@informultimate I love it! It’s definitely had a significant impact on injury prevention, I feel stronger, I definitely have a higher endurance, and it’s been the simplest to use of all the programs I’ve tried.
Creating a body that can withstand injury is not about the perfect exercise, or the perfect program. It is about consistency. Consistently showing up to the gym. Consistently being involved in leagues and pick up. Consistently eating well and sleeping well.
First time playing in three weeks after calf strain (went too hard after the flu 😔) , but felt great - a teammate even said, “Ben, you haven’t lost a step,” and I was taking it easy 😃! Cannot thank Mike Reeves of @informultimate enough. #throweveryday
I am having the same type of results with @informultimate. Last weekend, I played my first tournament in maybe a decade where I had no pain in my back, hips, knees, Achilles, calves, heals, or ankles. 0 pain, and felt fast & quick, at 38. So excited to keep up with this program!

Decreased quadriceps strength and insufficient sports participations seem to be risk factors for the development of PFPS. Consequently, strengthening of quadriceps seems an important parameter in the treatment and prevention of PFPS.

If you play a lot of frisbee (pick up, league, practice, tournaments) you will see far superior performance improvements with weight training than you will with field workouts.
Establishing an appropriate frequency of training is one of the most important aspects of injury prevention.
Alternating skill based days and high load training days where fitness is the priority can help decrease injuries for your team.
