@dccommonsense What are you doing dan besides crying like a bitch? Stand up and do something.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@TapRootsFood @Brushbeater That is unclear. It is not known how or where that data was acquired. It could have been pulled from a device backup that was not encrypted, the victim could have used a signal desktop client thus opening up to a new attack surface or perhaps phone spyware

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@TapRootsFood @Brushbeater Correct and i'd prefer their infra be not hosted on aws but the title 3 claim does not address how end to end cryptography works.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@TapRootsFood @Brushbeater If a user has implemented chat backups that is a different story and if one is concerned about to said level then they should not be backing up anything to the cloud regardless.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@TapRootsFood @Brushbeater Just because it is hosted on aws does not make it insecure. Messages are e2e and the key is stored on the device not aws. You can argue that someone can hoover messages as they pass through but they would still have to break the encryption.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@DIANColombia @colCERT You do know the same threat-actors you are reporting on use https://t.co/6Ls6Qd1ydS and other URL shorteners too?

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@Brushbeater I don't know why but this reminded of back in the day when the cordless phones would go to shit any time some used the microwave.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@Brushbeater listening to rc392 now. If the montana class goes tits up. I'll sign up right now for basic rto right now if you put it closer to home.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@JackCarrUSA Keep up the great work! As someone who takes a week to put together a 5-6 page threat brief i don't know how you keep on at such pace. With that being said, when can we get a Tom Reece 2?

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@Lerg @Aviation_Intel I just picture the inverse of the scene where the pil refinery blows after tim thomerson gets shot. But this time it is colonel nakish that blows it

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]

@Lerg i had audible credits stacking up so i took a chance on the tier one series from andrews and wilson. Half way through book one and i must say i recommend.

[InfoSecsual @InfoSecsual]
