AAA budget approach to “floor” people causes increase in price to consumer, buries smaller IPs due to resource flow and can cause studio closures. Don’t need every game to be GOTY to be a great game.

The quality is there, the art style and blend refreshing. Not your taste isn’t same as lack of quality.

@PlayerEssence I would imagine data analysis may have showed correlation of cost to provide cloud gaming coming from small subset of users.

Give them the option to have it while not alienating your wider customer base with cost increase for a feature they barely use.

That said I’ll be getting this day 1 to support the 2d push that hasnt been revisited as often. Got a deal on an eshop card to drop it to $20.

Try the demo and decide if fine with skipping the better textures and frame rate (30fps vs what will be 60fps I believe).

There were 13 characters and 3 new free already announced.
