"I am the voice of the customer" is sometimes used by PMs and disproportionately listened to even when it's just a personal opinion. Catch it when you see it

* Big product / small product. What is your company's core value prop - that, by itself, makes your company? That's your "big product". For netflix it's global access to content. UI, p13n, cancel flow are in service of it
