@HDFCBank_Cares Complaint No- 19150173984. Case of fraudulent transactions on my credit card. I was assured that I'll get a call back from the investigation team today. So far no call. Also not able to connect to my relationship manager. You are taking a serious issue so lightly.

@myvoltas Had bought Voltas AC on Thursday. Booked the installation appointment for this Saturday at 10AM. Called the service centre he said the technician would come at 2 PM. Then it became 6PM. In the evening it became 9AM tomorrow. Still no one has visited. #Poorservice
