@Xfinity and @XfinitySupport - 21 years as a customer and you can't resolve this issue since August? Over $600 stolen from scammers and you blame us???? It was your online account system hacked.
@Xfinity and @XfinitySupport - As a long time customer I am disappointed with customer service. We were scammed in May'25 by a 3rd party who gained access access thru a back door to our account and pull money out. And Xfinity says we are responsible!
@XfinitySupport The scammers got into our account through a backend on your side and yet you held us liable! Now every month you try to pull money from some fraudulent account the scammers set up, it does not go thru and we lose service and have to go into a local store to pay and get it back on
@XfinitySupport We paid the promo amount and saw it go into our account at Xfinity. Was all good for 3-4 months and then suddenly scammers in Aug/sept pulled all the money out. I believe 600 - 800 worth. You billed us all that and then the next month and shut off our wifi.
@XfinitySupport Scammers got us in May'25 saying they were Xfinity. They even were able to add things into our xfinity account to show they were xfinity. We spent a while on the phone with them as we are both in tech to make sure it was not a scam but turned out it was.
I want someone in customer support @ your security department to contact me. I want the money back that we paid & the scammers stole out of our @Xfinity online account & I want to be able to pay online again for our services. My wifi is currently down for the 3rd month in a row
